Our clients never wanted to be in the position to hire us.  They never wanted to be injured, and they didn’t want to be mistreated by the insurance company, which is where we come in.  Whether it is helping get your vehicle repaired, get you into a rental vehicle or getting our hands dirty in the weeds of insurance provisions disputes, we take on the giant insurance companies every day. 

Our most successful and satisfying cases are not always our biggest cases.  We love finding insurance coverage when it appears that there was none or not enough.  Knowing insurance policy provisions and the law goes a long way towards having a successful case or not. Recently, we uncovered $1,000,000 of uninsured motorist insurance when our client didn’t purchase any.  In another case, we were able to recover over $410,000 when the client had only bought $100,000 of uninsured motorist insurance coverage.  In an unusual case involving a collision between a side-by-side and a four wheeler, a case where there would usually be no insurance coverage, we were not only able to recover the liability insurance that the other driver was trying to hide from us, but we were also able to recover from our client’s uninsured motorist policy on her personal vehicle that was not in any way involved in the accident and was located in an entirely different city at the time.  We have also recovered $550,000 for a 1.5 mph crash in a grocery store parking lot.  The list goes on, but ultimately we want you to know that we handle all injuries, ranging from soft tissue to death and resulting from ATV to parking lot accidents.
